Face of the Day with NARS (featuring Charlie)

I was going to make an April Fool's Day joke about not blogging anymore, but I thought that would just be too mean.  :P

So instead, I'm just going to show you my face with a bunch of NARS makeup on it.

Here's all the NARS stuff I used.

Eyes: from the NARSissist Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow Palette
--- Himalia (shimmery light brown) on the lid (wet) and in the crease (dry)
--- Subra (deep plum) in the outer corner (dry)
--- Andromeda (ivory with pink sheen) under the brow and inner corner (dry)
         L'Oreal Voluminous Butterfly Mascara
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eyeliner in Perversion (black) on the waterlines

Cheeks: NARS Orgasm Blush

Lips: NARS Audacious Lipstick in Brigitte

from left: Andromeda, Himalia, Subra (all swatched dry), Orgasm blush, Brigitte lipstick

Himalia swatched wet

Charlie felt like doing some photobombing today.

The Dual-Intensity eyeshadows are really beautiful and wonderful to work with.  And I can't get over how pigmented and creamy the Audacious lipsticks are.  If you are a lipstick fan and are looking for a splurge-worthy lipstick, you need to check those out.

Have a fantastic day, everyone!

  6. I've been a NARS eyeshadow fan for years, and I think this new formula is a great addition to the line. I hope they expand the shade range (although my wallet doesn't)!
