Neutral EotD with Sephora Disney Collection Ariel Storylook Palette

The Ariel Storylook Palette from the Disney Collection collaboration with Sephora has so many gorgeous colors.  So many of them are bright, but there are also beautiful neutrals that are perfect for an easy daytime look.

Colors:  Scuttle on the lid
            Les Poissons in the crease
            Ursula in the outer v
            Seashells as highlighter under the brow
            Guerlain Maxi Lash in Noir

I skipped liner to keep the look light and fresh.

Another Orange and Blue EotD

I did another Detroit Tigers colored eye look today.  Orange and blue make an interesting eyeshadow combination even if they aren't Tigers colors!

Look of the Day with STILA Countless Color Pigments in Finale

Today I tried out the STILA Countless Color Pigments in Finale on my eyes.  These colors are unlike any other eyeshadow colors I have in my makeup stash.  This also makes a pretty, vibrant blush.

I love the packaging for this.  The colors look like they have been tie-dyed.

The colors are described as golden peach, tangerine, reddish pink on the Sephora website.

The golden peach color is the least pigmented and the reddish pink has the most pigment.

I also used Urban Decay eyeshadow in Zero (matte black) in the crease and outer v, Sonia Kashuk gel liner in Ebony, and Guerlain Maxi Lash mascara in Noir.  I used MAC Pink Lemonade Lip Glass on my lips.

L'Oreal Versailles Romance Nail Color Swatches

L'Oreal Versailles Romance nail color is a pale peach with a little silver shimmer.  Very pretty and feminine.  I applied 3 coats for these photos.

My Fragrance Wardrobe

When I was a teenager I always wore the same perfume that my aunt gave me for Christmas one year: Anaïs Anaïs.  It became my signature fragrance, and whenever my friends smelled they said it reminded them of me.  That is one of the best things about having a signature scent.  I don't really wear Anaïs Anaïs any more, but I still have a bottle that I will spray every once in a while just to remind me of the first true perfume I wore (and to think of the wonderful gift my Aunt Martha gave me).

I have come to think it is really fun to have a scent for every mood.  Here are my favorite fragrances.

L'Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow Swatches

I thought I would just do some simple swatches of some L'Oreal Infallible Eyeshadows.  I love these shadows, and use them quite frequently.  They have such a cool texture that feels like a creamy pressed pigment and last for quite a long time when paired with a primer (on me, without a primer these crease after about 4 hours, but I have heard that they don't crease at all on some people).  I often use these as a color wash all over the lid applied with my ring finger.

Perpetual Purple has the least amount of shimmer/frost out of all of these.  It is definitely not matte though.  I suppose it could be considered a satin with a little shimmer.
